Lousada Benefits Introduced to the Team

We're really excited to announce that we're now using a new rewards platform for our employees. This is a huge step in our journey to become a fully inclusive employer, and we'd like to take this opportunity to share what it's all about.

The platform is called Lousada Benefits and it allows us to offer discounts through its online store, as well as providing 24/7 mental health support. It also provides guidance on diet and nutrition, but only if you choose to take part in the service.

Our aim is to make sure that everyone at Form (Midlands) Ltd can stretch their money further by receiving discounts on goods and services they need every day. This includes things like groceries, clothing and travel expenses.

The mental health support provided by Lousada Benefits means that employees have access to content from leading experts. This could be anything from stress at work or home life problems, anxiety or depression - whatever is affecting them at any given time.
